“Lynn is an incredible and inspirational trainer.  She was instrumental to my ability to remain strong, healthy motivated throughout and post my pregnancy.  Given her incredible background and training, I trusted Lynn completely to guide me towards exercises which were most beneficial and safe for me and the baby. Lynn works to build the core  (very difficult to do when you are pregnant!) and so my birth was extremely easy with a labor of less than 10 minutes!  More importantly, my recovery was fast, easy and pain free.  After my first child I jumped back into running without further core strengthening and injured my back.  I worked with Lynn after my second pregnancy and had no core or back issues when I started running, cycling and moved into boot camp type exercises. I initially started working with Lynn for my wedding in 2013 at the recommendation of a friend and had an amazing experience. 2 years later I came running back after being diagnosed with PCOS. I was experiencing difficulties both mental and physical as a result of the syndrome and necessary infertility treatments and Lynn was an absolute savior.
