Prenatal/Postnatal training packages
The American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists recommends exercise during pregnancy.
The program is recommended minimum of 2x per week. 2x per week with homework is recommended for optimal results per week, month, trimester. Can be done more or less.
A commitment of 10 or more sessions is required up front. The financial commitment ensures results per week. Also holds days and times for client. Exercise during pregnancy can be done until the day of delivery and is recommended.
